A ticket to UCCC 2019 allows you access to all talks, events, and more for each of the days of the conference.

Bishop Barnes is chief shepherd to one of the fastest growing dioceses in the nation. In addition to his leadership of his local church, Bishop Barnes is the past Chairman of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' Committee on Migration and Refugee Services.


Paul J. Kim is one of the most sought after Catholic youth speakers in America. The way
he presents is a rare gift to witness and has impacted people of all ages in 45 states &
several countries over the past decade. Paul utilizes music, beatboxing, comedy, and
inspirational talks to communicate the Gospel message of Christ (to over 30,000 people a
year) in a way that is engaging, entertaining, and altogether life-changing.

His background includes a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy (Franciscan Univ. of
Steubenville), a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (Hope Int’l Univ), and
religious formation with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal (NYC). In his free time, he
enjoys long walks on the beach, surfing, and speaking to strangers in random accents. He
resides in Southern California with his lovely wife & three children.


Timmerie Millington works as a radio host and Catholic speaker educating in areas of theology and is an expert at responding to current trends of sexuality, feminism, and gender ideology.  She co-hosts Trending with Timmerie.  Prior to this, Timmerie worked for five years as the Director of Education & Outreach at Life Choices pregnancy counseling center in San Diego.  She holds a Masters Degree in Exegetical Biblical Theology and Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Media with an emphasis in the New Evangelization from John Paul the Great Catholic University.  Her diverse professional background includes public relations consulting for nonprofits at the national level. Chris Mueller is a national speaker from Murrieta, CA.  With over 15 years of experience in professional ministry, Chris crafts dynamic (and hilarious) talks that communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that resonates with audiences of all ages.  Through his speaking ministry he has been blessed to share the gospel with groups all over the United States. Chris has been part of the Steubenville conferences speaking team for several years, and is the author of “Fire Inside: The Ten Virtues the Make a Great Man”, published by Life Teen.  Most recently, Chris founded Everyday Catholic ministries. Everyday Catholic’s mission is to call Catholic families, young adults, and teens into deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. Founded in magisterial teaching and led by the Holy Spirit, Everyday Catholic calls Catholics to live passionate lives of faith, based on Truth.  Chris is a happy husband and father to six wonderful children.


Fr. Rafael Partida serves the diocese of San Bernardino as the Episcopal Vicar.


Chika Anyanwu is an international Catholic Speaker who is currently based in Anaheim, California. She received her bachelor's degree in English from California State University, San Bernardino in hopes of becoming a high school English and English as a Second Language instructor, but fell more deeply in love with sharing about Jesus and the Catholic Church.

Chika was a parish Confirmation Coordinator and Young Adult Minister for eight years in Southern California, is a two-time alumna of the National Evangelization Teams Ministries (NET Ministries, USA), and currently serves as an Area Contact for the Life Teen youth ministry movement while still spreading the Gospel full-time. Chika is a part of a big and beautiful Nigerian family, loves coffee, and strives for sainthood every day, although bad drivers challenge her sanctity.


As a singer and songwriter, Francis Cabildo shares his love for God through his music. Among his vast achievements, Francis has numerous leadership experiences in Life Teen, Inc., Net Ministries, The City Lights Movement, and numerous retreats.

What is the refund policy?

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place. 

Registrations canceled more than 60 days, will receive a full refund.

Registrations canceled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations canceled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.


In the spirit of fellowship and hospitality, visiting participants will be hosted in the apartments, houses, and dorms of UCR students. However, we would like to note that this is on a first-come, first serve basis! If you wish to host visiting students, indicate this on your registration form or check this page. If you prefer to make your own housing arrangements, Riverside has many hotels, motels, and bed-and-breakfasts. Reservations are strongly recommended. The following are a few options:
